The top bar can only be display in a specific place on the product.
Responsive behavior
The top bar should scale down to fit different and smaller screen sizes. As it gets smaller, a few components of the navigation change: the side navigation turns into a burger menu, the scope selector hides behind a contextual menu, and the breadcrumb shows only the current product.
